Full Service Design

Phase 1

The dating phase. During this time there is no obligation to you, just us getting to know each other. Engagement begins with an inquiry email or call from you, chat about what your needs are, and schedule a complimentary initial meeting. Afterwards a customized online client portal will be developed containing the services proposal for your review. Once we’ve reached an agreement, the service agreement contract will be signed by both parties and a retainer filled. Now the fun begins!

Phase 2

This is where we get down to the nitty gritty. On trade day you can expect different contractors, fabricators, wall-paper and other experts, on-site taking measurements and giving estimates for the project. Additionally, a designer will be taking measurements for floor plans so we can begin ordering your furniture and putting a full design presentation together for you to review.

Phase 3

There is very little for you as it pertains to construction. We will coordinate and manage all of the appropriate trades and vendors and oversee the work. We will make weekly site visits and send you frequent updates on the progress of your project.

Phase 4

This is the exciting part! Furniture and styling installation occurs during this phase and will typically take our team 1 - 3 days, but we will give you our best estimate before it begins. The final walk through can take between one to three hours. This is where we will create a punch list of any outstanding items, hand off all warranty information, along with cleaning and care guides in a final goodbye packet.
