“I am constantly inspired by the

impact ARCHITECTURE & INTERIORS

have

on our daily lives.”

Ashley Ethelyn, founder of Ethelyn Design, is an interior designer residing in the Pacific Northwest. She spent her childhood watching her parents build their family cabin in the mountains of Alaska. She was intrigued with the creation process and the relationship between structure and interior materials. Her parents encouraged her fascination by requesting her input regarding layout and design. This was the start to a lifetime passion for architecture, design and the impact these aspects can have on daily life.

When she was eighteen years old, Ashley joined the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and her exposure to diverse regions began. Having now lived in nine different states across the country, she began developing an even deeper passion for diverse culture and design. When it was time to decide where to settle down, she found herself in the gorgeous Pacific North West.

With an educational background in psychology and interior design, she prides herself on taking unique approaches to every design aspect. Ethelyn’s theory is that a well designed space should reflect the inhabitants of the space. The architecture and interior of a space has a powerful impact on the quality of daily life, and this is what Ethelyn Design strives to highlight.
